Membership Guidelines (Terms of Service):

Accounts are not to be used for:

• Illegal purposes (Harassment, Hacking, Piracy, Mail Bombing, etc.)
• SPAMming (sending unsolicited bulk e-mail/Usenet), or as a point of contact for any SPAM. If you have any questions ask Dean.
• TKA is open to all ages, don't put adult/offensive language in our message bases, your ‘who banner’, your web pages or finger file.
• Accounts have unlimited time, which is not the same as Dedicated, it is expected that while you are connected to our system you will be using it or the Internet interactively. Having a mail program check your mail every few minutes, leaving ICQ running, etc. does NOT constitute interactive use.
• Connections idle for long periods may be disconnected without warning.
• Accounts that log very high usage regularly may at the sole discretion of TKA be required to convert to Dedicated Access or closed.

• TKA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

A TKA member may not do any of the following:

• Use simultaneous, unattended or continuous connections to TKA.  Dedicated access is available for continuous connections.
• Use software to simulate interactive, random mail checkers, ping scripts, etc.
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene or other unlawful material or information.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Intercept or attempt to intercept email or other private communications not intended for you.
• Send unsolicited advertisements or offer to sell goods or services to other Members, or Internet Users.
• Use TKA as a mass distribution point, or point of contact for, a generally unsolicited message.
• Send unsolicited e-mail messages through third-party mail servers in order to relay your email or hide the origination of the e-mail to others.
• Cause disruptive incidents on ANY network, this includes Denial of Service attacks, NUKEs, flood pings, etc.

Any violation is grounds for account suspension, without refund.
